REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at rci (the "Store"). Because our storefront specializes in instantly downloadable digital assets, e-books, and courses, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns and cancellations.

Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, rci does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or checked back into inventory once they are sent to your email or downloaded. Therefore, once the system generates and delivers your product download link, the transaction is legally complete and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions For Technical Issues

We want to ensure you receive what you paid for. If you run into a legitimate technical hurdle, we will gladly fix the issue. We only issue a manual resolution or alternative link if:

• The File is Corrupted: The downloadable PDF file or course link is broken, and our support team cannot provide a working copy within 48 hours.
• Incorrect Product Delivery: The system inadvertently delivered the wrong digital asset, and we need to manually swap it for the item you purchased.
